Regarding 'Pheonix Emulator' releases #UPDATED 21/06/11 (You can now post cracked!)

The last few days there has been a few releases of supposedly cracked phoenix emulators.

May I take this opportunity to yell you that any software that requires purchased and therefore a license is not permitted on the releases section

This is classes as warez and is forbidden on ragezone.

Anyone found doing so will have the thread deleted and infracted from now on

Hi

I would like to clarify that I have not said no to this being released here on RaGEZONE. When we refer to the use "Warez" we mean a trademarked or copyright product in which we would be legally liable for due to its distribution and since Phoenix Emulator is infact not a trademark nor does it have any copyright then you can post any LEGITIMATE cracked application here.

Any MMORPG development team who tries to sell a server product I'm against so in the event it gets cracked, share it because at the end of the day that is what we do... SHARE and I've never under any circumstance blocked the share of an MMORPG file unless I'm being paid out in tens of thousands by a company, lol.
