change pkin3scape.no-ip.org to ur ip and change port 90 to your port

well acturly i was useing urs and it went down the only thing of urs i edited was the loader i dint use ur dcrs seeing as it wasnt a hole package so i decided to search the forum and found some some 1 posted and uploaded them
