Ignore the other bad comments. Its a nice layout but it could do with some habbo images ect.

Basicly the layout is not good if your using it for a retro it more looks like if your using it for a hosting site etc the layout is 2/10 keep on trying ^-^
What I could say is that you need to express a little bit more creativity. At the moment in rating, I'd say this could go for a regular layout. It wouldn't remind me much of Habbo. But it is 'OK'.

again ill say i hate the whole concept of habbo, habbo retros i dont even play my own, i only do it for experience in coding, and running a server, i really HATE habbo i wouldnt play it if it could save my life. also, i designed the layout myself, and i forgot to add a credits thing.
