[REL] Debbo 3.x Flatfile (.txt) to MySQL Converter [REL]

Requirements:
-MySQL set up and DebboSQL set up correctly
-DEBBOPROJECT R16 (maybe higher) other rev. don't work

Use:
1. Open up converter.
2. Fill in blanks.
3. Click convert.

Change Notes:
-Fixed furni var conversion
-Fixed user convertion
-Added advanced features
-Changed design to fit Debbo
-Tons of minor bug fixes

Notice:
-This works BEST if you are using a CLEAN database, don't try to merge your old database with a new one.
-If you have a big database, check the big database checkbox. It disables the progress bar which makes it quicker (and non-crashy-er)
-Where's 1.0? I made 1.0 for DebboSQL rev.15, but when I was finished, rev.16 came out and broke it, so I never bothered to release it.
-Furni VARS are blank : Fix - Change the character limit of vars to 1000 or something in MySQL

I updated the converter, if you used a previous version, please dump the databases and use this, as I fixed many minor bugs and some major bugs.
