Alright, this has been bugging me. Rapidshare has taken debbo v3.5 out of there database. So, I have uploaded some on Megaupload. I have not seen anyone make a new link so cheers:

Debbo does work you have to download a patch or download the missing file yourself.

Well I have vista premium and it all works. so.... ya. Just try it I didn't have to do anything.

he's right it dsnt work for vista but i dont know where to dl or get the other patch for the file o it works?

If you need the missing file, when the error pops up you type that error into google.
Search around ;)

if the 399 or what ever is missing it was missing on ym xp i downloaded the whole libary files and did something in run to make them work and i downlaod the patch so i can get srevers running serach it on microdoft.com or google ;)

step1: download the lastest mswinsck.ocx and replace it with your esiting one
step2:right click your server
step3: click run as adminsitrator
step4: ENJOY YOUR WORKING SERVER
