Yeah, really powerfull CMS. Anyone eles having problems with HC not working and the amount of credits on the front page?

i got a bug buy hc and the counter by the site say no hc .
and the credits is always 0 (1000 and let see 0) in the me.php hope someone help me tnxs.
and in the housekeeping got i a error

i have set everything up now, the emulator is ok, everything is fine.
but i have one problem,
it says, server status offline :S

I get this problem also, i've port forwarded and everything. Go into the config.php file and disable the status checking - works fine then =] (also speeds your site up)

Yeh I get that aswell :)

I'm aware of the HC and filterwords stuff. The entire HC system is outdated and needs serious work. Same for filterwords.

Make in your "Users" a Table:

I've got the exact same problem. I have used the correct sql file too. I am baffled by this. But i just left it and carried onto the HoloCMS and it says installation successful, this could be the reasons that mine is playing up, if that isnt the correct sql file, then what is?!

Removed the entire users table stuff, it's no longer needed. Latest install.php on SVN. Also status checks are disabled by default now for new installs.

The resetting SSO function is still truncating the old way (TRUNCATE sso) needs to be changed to UPDATE users SET ticket_sso = NULL

If anyone wants to change it themselves then locate hk_db.php

Find:

Ok, I have a Cpanel and I own galbo.ca ( not advetising) and I am trying to connecto to my database tylerf_holodb with the user tylerf_tyler and the correct password but I can't find what to put in the host! I am connected on localhost with holocms but i cannot get holograph emulator working. I also put my no-ip address in the remote mySQL in Cpanel so that my computer can connect to the database! CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME FIND OUT WHAT MY DBHOST WOULD BE? Thanks!

Your IP you would need is in the cpanel main page... or run CMD on your computer and ping your domain for the IP address :)

Ok, this is Tuckle I changed my username and I did use that ip but it still doesn't do anything so are there any other options?

Run command prompt in windows (If you're using XP use Run >> Cmd >> then in the command prompt type ping domain.com - Get online with a domain name and web hosting or whatever, then it should display your ip. Vista, just requires you to type cmd in the search box)

You could also run a whois search on your domain to find the IP address.

Ok it still doesn't work like, it can't connect almost but i don't know because i can connect to another database but i don't wanna use that host i wanna use cpanel so i don't know whats wrong then cuz when i was use debbov4 it didn't work either...

This is the 4th! (both 32x and 86x) time i have installed ADODB.NET, ODBC drivers, AND THIS IS STILL NOT WORKING! I get the same driver error as before! Debbo v4 is working fine, but why don't this works too? I'm running in VB 08. But does it have anny meaning that i am using a 64 bits version of Windows???

I've been having some problems with the server status finder on holocms. No matter what, it always says offline. I did everything, port forwarding, etc. Finally, I found the fix. I took the code from HabboCMS (which works) and copypasta'd it to HoloCMS. I still don't know what caused the problem, the code looks nearly identical. But oh, well. I've also noticed some others here that also got this problem. Replace your current status finder in core.php with this:

Truly, it's a good project but not being able to use it normally cause' it's way to buggy. :l

a little thing bugging me, some icons link to habbo.com meaning I have to go through all the files to find where to change it, Is there a program that will search a folder for specific words?
