Everytime i try i get:

I used: USA11(v9!),USA11(v12),Marks(v13),USA(v13),Debbo(because they were the first where you could swim, v14),Debbo(v14),Debbo V3SE!,Debbo v4,Then my dad closed my port... -.-' And now, Holograph(the 2nd and the 1st server).

You can test my server now! It's from my pc to a online MySQL-DB! It's not that fast as on a localhost, but it's okay! I set it up online because I wanted to have my CMS 24/7!
And my dad doesn't know that i have a retro:P I told him that i'm running shoutcast (a)

The server itself is on my Computer, the SQL database is online, doesn't run always fast, if you open your hand, you must wait for 2 or 3 secs. But it's fine, i like it the way it is!

It turns out I was using the wrong code for upgrade.php.

I finally get to upgrade.php, but when I click 'Update to the Newest Database', I get the same error.

I already had a password, I've reset the password and I still get this:
