so if on holograph emu status is idle meaning server aint on how do i turn server on exactly how?

i dont get it i debugged the holograph emulator and opened the new holograph emulator server thing i got after debugging and status stays idle no and if i put my own ip address in loader config it wont let me connect to hotel and if i use 127.0.0.1 it flags connection as free why cant i enter hotel if server isnt on tell me how to turn it on plz

and i just got error when trying again y does it flag connection as free when i use hamachi ip
