127.0.0.1 is your localhost. Only you can visit it.
But to fix it, use Rev 48 which is a stable version.

Look, incase you didn't notice yet, Sulake can sue you anyway for using their images. It doesn't matter whether you steal their bandwidth or not - it won't change your situation much.
Also they can't really sue you for stealing bandwidth o_O
I am not able install the site. I install everything right. just when you install, I delete the install.php upgrade.php and then access http://localhost/index.php and the site redirects to http://localhost/install.php how to fix it? someone help me
