If there are updates, I'd recommend to download and install them.
If you mean the CMS, you don't have to download/update the newest version, but I'd recommend that too.

Well. Ok i was running Holocms 2.1.1 and then for some reason i got disconnected from the hotel... My staff say that someone was on my account sending out alerts and stuff... yet i never gave my passwords out to anyone... Maybe theres a Exploit allowing others to login to other peoples accounts without needing their password?

Some how a none staff member gained access to my hotels Housekeeping and started spamming the hotel with housekeeping alerts, giving people Moderator ranks etc and generally been a nuisance
Maybe theres 2 exploits there?

Yes, people hack HoloCMS using XSS exploits but as you and i know the holograph database is MD5 encripted so they logged into the database with your username or another once they gained access it wouldn't be hard for them to log into your account

Sisija, their are a few secutiry holes and stuff.
I think you should fix them ASAP and if you can't fix them, you'll need to ask Meth0d a few questions.
Apparently their are XSS exploits, so try and patch them up!
Why are there so many errors?
Is it because of instalation mistakes?
The security holes just have to be fixed, Sisija [and Meth0d] will fix the holes.
Error's will come if you haven't configurated your MySQL database very well.
The connection from the server/cms to the mysql database is very important, because it has to send data to the database.
