[REL/DEV] MarkCMS (Marks FUSE IT Server CMS) [REL/DEV]

Beta test basiacly impossible.
This server has too many bugs, and the CMS is not only stolen, but faulty.
I believe that the server cant really even link up with the CMS, I believe his screenshots are from a Holograph server and that he just changed the names then took screens, and said it links up with his server.

Replace register.php by this one in webcontent 2.0.

CMS is nice, but I still prefer using Holograph Emulator & CMS.
