I suspect your using Windows Vista? I had that problem as well.
Have you tried to register the .OCX?
1. Open notepad then typefor exampleCode:regsvr32 <filename>.ocx
http://www.oakum.org/design/run.jpgCode:regsvr32 MSINET.ocx
2. After typing all .ocx and .dll files needed to be registered. Now its time to save it in .bat file > I just did mine run.bat > save as and then for the file name just type rub.bat and it will save in a .bat format
3. Copy MSINET.ocx to your system32
4. then just double click run.bat and it will register.

Nice program! downloading
I will try it, thanks dude =]
Just to update y'all, the application now registers all the DLLs/OCX for you on program start up, it also stores all the files its going to be needed in "%windir%\Program Files\Project Genesis"
There's going to be another graphical interface update, as the listbox's are all going to be replaced, with proper DBGrids.
