They're releasing new ones with NO changes to the core coding (well, maybe a little..) to make everyone get hyped up. A new version always gets people making their lives more poverty-stricken by buying credits in case they get some OMGSWTFZFURNI

I tried it out. It's basicly v16, except the interface is removed.
When you enter a room, there's no interface (no buttons, can't chat, if you click people or furni, nothing shows). Also, the navigator starts with 'Guest Rooms' instead of 'Public Spaces'.
