The php generates 2 numbers each to start off with, and they can hit etc, then if they go bust, or stay, the dealer shows his/her hand and then they can hit just like the person can, except its random numbers.

Not a good banking system, i can just f5 the page many times, and i win more than i lose. So i win 50 credits, and lose 20 credits, so i F5ed for around 1 minute, and gained around 2500 coins.
