Thanks for all the feedback, I'm currently working on minimail, progress:
Load mail - 100%
Tabs (sent mail, trash) - 100%
Unread mail only - 100%
No mail message - 100%
Delete, move, perm-delete buttons at right place - 100%
Read mail and count it as read - 100%
Just need to write sent mail and preview.

Update on minimail:
Got a HTTP debugger, so it is easier to do then guessing what to reload with ajax.
Load mail bugs all fixed
Once compose is done, I can release.
Maybe I'll write a tut on how to make ajax habbo clones.
EDIT: Oops, found a bug in the friends management script, in the management php file replace: if($row['friendid'] == 1){ with if($row['friendid'] == $my_id){
