Take a look at the date this was posted... 12-23-2008. Somebody decided to bump the thread months after it became inactive. Don't accuse somebody of stealing work when you have no proof. Chances are he posted it on HabboArchive. Anyways, saying something relevant to the layout - I like the simplicity of it. I'd definitely use this if I ran a flatfile server.
