That's an MD5 dictionary. Sure, you can get it's original text form, but it must have the dictionary equivalent. Thus, you fail for not doing your research.

MD5 is NOT encryption. It is hashing, based on length, and so on. If I MD5 the following:
"thisisanmd5demonstration12345689123456789123456789"
The result is:
"a120cf0d38173cdcff564246af89081b"
Ooh, guess what, it's shorter than it's input!

Sure the site is working with a MD5 dictonary, but MD5 is working with an algorithm. U can crack an algorithm. MD5 is not "uncrackable"! Its inpossible to make something uncrackable.

LOL. With MD5, it takes ages to convert back, so in a way - Jetgod is correct.
Converting a MD5 hash back into text takes quite some time. Then again, it all depends on the length of the hash code.

To be honest, I would use sha1 and MD5 together to make it securer.

Example:

$pass = md5(sha1(sha1(md5(sha1(trim($_POST['adminpassw']))))));

and then to make a generator, just do:
