Hello.
Firstly i got very intrested in layouts and i am nearly 12 so i tourght id make a start. Obv becouse i am a noob to this its not coded and ill be VERY happy if some one can code it.

It's ok I guess, a bit blue like. Try making it a little bit more habboish, also if you can't use Dreamweaver use Bluevoda. It's easier than Dreamweaver and it's free.
