Because this is just a UI facelift, plain and simple.
Best with V9 DCR's totally contradicts with everything else his said in the thread, this is why he knows barely enough to get away with lying to the users here at RZ and this is the single reason why I doubt the authenticity of the emulator known as Tissuebox or whatever.

@Parker, V9 DCR's are best with This source, as it doesn't have moodlight, I better change my first post.
