Please post it there anyways, I started it for alot of reasons, the main ones being
1) So people don't post duplicate reports
2) So I can keep track of the stuff I fix and whatnot, I'm very OCD that way

EDIT: Ok i took a look at it. 1) The one column welcome is on purpose since noob gifts went away. 2) I really have no idea why homes doesn't work anymore, it worked before, and I haven't checked on it. I'll have another look later, maybe something with the javascript?

EDIT 2: Ok, fixed the homes bug. It was one line wrong with common.js. I only found it by luck after 30 minutes of looking.

Sorry for double-posting, but I think the rule is it has to be >12 hours apart?

Still didn't work on housekeeping, the last 50% of housekeeping is the hardest. I think someone said that the last mile of the race is the hardest? Same for coding. Once I'm this far, coding gets tiring, like I ran out of fuel.

Anyways, thanks to all of you who submitted bugs in Google code. As of now, 72 issues have been resolved, and 41 are valid bugs that are fixed. Thanks again. Please submit more, because I know there are more!

Than you really should take a break, if you 'run out of fuel' your prestations will be more bad. Take a break, go do something nice and work on it tommorow.

Yea, I want to finish it though because I promised to. Besides, it's only the following: compose/edit news, compose/edit collectables, users-modify/ban/give stuff, web-catalogue management, newsletter, and maybe a groups manager. I've DONE the settings part and some other pages.

If worst, and I don't have time to finish it, I'll, just release with the half-done housekeeping, and people will have to do the stuff manually in their MySQL editor.

Back when sisija did it, the password was stored as

$hash = sha1 ( $raw_password . $salt ); where $salt = something like "k1Dg4Tsd". While this is secure, it's not safe to use the same salt every time. If user2 creates the password "123456" and somehow hacks into the database. He can find everyone else who has the password "123456" and get into their accounts.

If you're talking about HoloCMS and that hash, not mine. I've never changed (as far as I can remember) the hash, it already was like that.

EDIT: Another bug, I can just reset my password without my email is activated. I can do this several times, so now you can spam people...

Oh, ok, my bad. But yea, the hashing was a bad method.

Also, took your advice and made sure people verify their email before they can request a new password.

Furni's doesnt work , you cant sit anywhere. But this is a DCR problem right ?
If so what version is recommend.

Im using v24 right now from elitedcrs.co.uk
and Badges are bugged + you cant sit/stand on furni's. And admin has no rights in other people's room.

Just passed a HUGE speedbump in development. As some may already know, I'm a coder, not a designer, so designing is a huge pain for me.

That's why I dislike making the housekeeping, because I have to design many pages. However, I sat my ass down and finally made the design for editing stuff (news,collectables,etc).

Other things I designed throughout the project includes the installer, the settings pages, and ~20% of housekeeping (I took Tsuka's design and modified it).

So, what does that mean? No more designing for me, so the finish line is just a straight, smooth, road to the end, no more pushing coding to the next day.
