wen i click to edit database it shuts servers down can you tell me why please?

Loader doesn't work? It fully loads from the Sulake thing and then it just goes from the start and doesn't load again..

i keep getting " Missing Settings.Ini can any one tell me how to fix ?

i got the file there but when i open the server it says missing settings.ini and then closes only 1 server has ever workd and it was debbo 3.5 but then when i press create server it says runtime error 7 so...

can sum1 help me?
