[REL] [Server] Mark's V16 Server WORKING EDITION [REL]

Hey!

WELL FIRST OFF ALL I KNOW THIS HAS BEEN RELEASED MANY TIMES BUT THOSE EDITIONS DONT WORK PROPERLY AND I DID NOT MAKE THIS SERVER!

When I was experimenting with the server I found that you needed two files:

- en.ini
- TABCTL32.OCX

in order for the server to work properly.

Thats the server going BUT Im still having problems with the SSO Login / Loader and stuff, if anyone could try and help getting it to work, please just go ahead! =]

Also I made this work on Windows XP, I dont guarantee that it will work on Vista, etc.

NOTICE: This server requires MySQL which is not reccommended for noobs, so please take note of this before you download!

ONE LAST THING IS THAT I HAVE ONLY GOT THE SERVER WORKING! I AM CURRENTLY WORKING ON GETTING THE HOTEL / LOADER PART WORKING AS THIS SERVER DOSENT USE A REGULAR LOADER AND WONT WORK WITH ONE.

those two files could have been downloaded by the server owners. Its useless and stupid to re-release this. Naab. You call this working edition with 2 files? Wich can be found on GOOGLE?

thanks for the release but you should really attach libraryfiles.exe to it since yo need more them them 2 files some times. i still got some runtime errors until i installed libraryfiles.exe
