for some odd reason i cant download WinRar and the beta 2, firewall is off, can u help me?


and i cant freakin download debbo because its on rapidshare and they make me wait 180 minutes to download sumtin, and when i w8 it restarts clock :@

he may be trying to make a server but that doesnt give him the right to bump and spam, he needs to look around more e.g in dev ware thers 2 open source server (jeax and Nillius's One)
