I'm sure it does, it doesn't say that it doesn't support it..

I tried reinstalling shockwave but that didn't work sadly, i'm sure godaddy is able to support dcr files if anyone can find if they do hotlink me (I already searched)

Plus, i tried it on my computer and it still never worked it came up with the same error.

pridit try finding a next version of dcr to download try geting a v16 dcr and try that :P

Obviously i'd give credits if they would work, i found some v18 ones but they gave me the same error even on localhost i'm possitive that it's the DCRs and not my settings i want the v18 ones atleast because of the clothes.

Anyother ideas?

You should be able to right click and select permissions with most web host provided file managers. But, setting the permissions via FTP always works.
