I agree with CampChoas, a few clouds doesn't really give it a Summer theme.

don't like it, the background color of the navigation (blue) is ugly, not habboish and not "summery". it's to simple and not habboish, come on dude, put some more images in it and i know it will be an great layout! better more images then less, cause with to many u can always edit it :)

so add more habbo images and make the Navigation Blue color a nice Habbo Colour kk

now i give it a 6/10 cause the layout is great but the images just sucks :P but it's good work!

Everyone of the Releases section who make layouts. THESE ARENT LAYOUTS.... This is simply an image you have made into a very cheap/crappy form of a layout. Follow some tutorials and learn the program you use before releasing one. Take a huge look at habbo.co.uk/.com, that's a layout.
