Hey ho, after I had to reformat my PC I lost all of the templates that I had created, but recently I've managed to find a few of them floating about the net so i thought I'd re-release them on here scene as I've deleted the old threads.

A little info about the template;
I've added iframes to the boxes so it enables people lacking HTML skills to easily update the pages/frames rather than them trawling through a load of code which they don't understand.
Obviously if you understand the HTML language the iframes can be removed.
