He means if you delete your class.core.php for example, the script will die and tell you its gone anyway - so what is the point in doing what you suggested :P

If you do a basic include('');
and does not have the file, it'll show an error anyways, if I'm not correct, please correct me.

Maybe Tr0ll likes to use this include method because if some accidentally deletes the file, the user will know easier rather than find the error whilst flicking through the pages within the cms.
Just a thought...
