You should of tried searching or googling before asking for help, okay first, Put the theme folder in app/tpl/skins then go to app/management/config.php and change the settings to the name that you made for your theme. Examples, Mango. Etc.

ALTER TABLE `users` ADD `seckey` VARCHAR(999)

I dont see why you have a varchar(999).. You should use varchar(4) IMO to limit it db side so it will throw an error if someone tries to exploit it.

Sorry, tries a long string to exploit it will throw a SQL error (if u have it setup) but nice release :)

Remko, i had that exact error 2. My reason was because i extracted my cms into a folder called newhabbo and it was linking to habbo and getting theme habbo's style and not newhabbo theme. so to fix it, i changed my old habbo theme to habbo2 so i wouldnt loose it and it wouldnt get in my way. So a tip, try extracting the cms into a folder called "habbo" or linking the css to habbo theme's habbo css...
