<b>Regulations</b><br />
Harassment & Abuse<br />
There is to be no abuse or harassment of any users or staff members at {hotelname} Hotel. This is punishable by a ban.
<br /><br />
Account Modification<br />
This includes, but is not limited to, scripting, altering figuredata, etc. This is punishable by a ban, if not changed back after a warning.
<br /><br />
Scamming<br />
At {hotelname} Hotel, scamming is not tolerated. We may refund you and ban the scammer if you provide full video proof by posting a User Report on the forums (click here). If you are caught scamming, you will be issued a ban.
<br /><br />
Sexual Misconduct<br />
This includes, but is not limited to, cyber-sex, inappropriate adult-type behaviour, sexual harassment, etc. You will be issued a ban if you commit these offences.
<br /><br />
Racism<br />
{hotelname} Hotel has a zero tolerance policy toward racism. If you are found to be speaking in a derogatory sense to a user, or making general racist remarks - you will be excluded form the hotel.
<br /><br />
Impersonation<br />
If you are impersonating a staff member, pretending to be a staff member, etc, you will be removed from the hotel. TIP: All staff members at {hotelname} have the {hotelname} STAFF badge!.
<br /><br />
Trading/Selling<br />
We do not permit the trading of {hotelname} Hotel accounts. This includes, but is not limited to, selling accounts, trading furniture for real money/Habbo/other website goods, or any other external website. If you are found to be attempting to sell your account or and virtual goods in your account, it will be banned from the network.
<br /><br />
Account Sharing<br />
We do not permit, nor support the sharing of your {hotelname} account. If you do so, this is at your liability.
<br /><br />
Maximum Accounts<br />
At {hotelname}, you are allowed to register up to 3 accounts per household.
<br /><br />
Hacking<br />
If you are manipulating users, phishing, distributing malicious software, or any other form of 'hacking', you will receive a permanent computer ban from the {hotelname} Hotel network.
<br /><br />
Advertising/Spamming<br />
If you are caught advertising another website (this includes retros and other websites that are unrelated to {hotelname} Hotel, {hotelname} Forums, {hotelname}.FM or any other affiliated website that is owned, operated and hosted by the {hotelname} Hotel network), you will receive a permanent ban from {hotelname}.
