Don't be so hard on yourself. It's looking good. Don't mind these kids who make fun of you, they probably have no idea how you even made it. But if they do, they're probably just being jackasses. Good job so far. Looking forward to seeing some more progress.

It is nice indeed. I would recommend Photoshop (As would everyone else) mainly because it's a cleaner program to do pixelart in. As well as it doesn't give you that blurred effect that paint does when you save.

You Should Add Some Commands That Only Your Server Would Have. If You Could Find A Way For 2 People To Have The Server And Run the Same Hotel That Would Be Nice.
