How can i change the credit that i start with? I have tried but cant find it

On Hablog, Hebbo didnt make it so there are any commands, He has made it so everything that needs to be done can be done through the Housekeeping! :P:

Please can you tell me where do i change the start credits becuse there is no new_user file in hablog :/

When i try change my clothes from the client the whole habbo is gone
and when i go on the friend list and try click on the mailbox it disapaers too :/
