[SERVER] Hablog Rebuild 4

wooh i really found many buggs ..
u get error when changing to swimming clotes at hablog lido
u can't play rooftop rumble 100%
u can't dance 100% in debbo u can 100 %
u can't ban people from the client but u can in housekeeping in debbo u can ban 100%
u get error when u click on voucher
u can't have pets
sometimes when i speak on ma lanugange and enter nothing comes up it seems to be working on english only :S
sometimes u can't move in big rooms
teleporters aint working 100% they are on blinking
that's all i know right now

why are you posting bugs? i think hebbo know about them. If you read hebbos posts, "hablog deluxe with minimal bugs, full web no bugs" he is making the deluxe now so plis... read before you typing a stupid post.

To those wondering how to add news.

Go to your database and look for news.ini. Edit it to your liking ;)

How come this don't work with custom vars/texts/dcrs?

@Meh...: I prefer you to download all dcrs (the latest which are used on the CMS before sulake will delete them with Hablog DCR Downloader)
@ToTRipKiller: You cant change 127.0.0.1(localhost) to a no-ip domain, it wouldnt be accessable for your friends etc.
@ToTRipKiller: Try 127.0.0.1, to test it, if your other local IP isnt right.

I've to recode put down furnitures/put down posters(already done)/ move furnitures/ stack furnitures. I wouldnt use parts of the old. (Should be faster)

Good work Hebbo ^^ that loader bar was a little annoying anyway glad you fixed it, the hotel should be faster now your going to SQL i guess your finally stepping up, Maybe try VB.NET for your next version/server
