and when i go to register.php it just has errors and is blank

Do U have correct in cms.php C:/xamp.../Hablog ?
And your server must be in the Htdocs folder!

Read a tutorial.... If anyone has made one ~ idea!

Edit the php fiels that set it to be images.blahhhhhhh so you can use custom dcrs i think it will be in the client.
