can you attempt anyways, gotta have that full little victory song XD. Might end up changing my hotel name just cuz of that victory coin draw XD. Ill check for something else for you but i used to use audacity for tons of reasons back in the day.

edit: can't seem to find any that are free, unless you don't mind portable edition ones.

its the same thing but you just cut it short, missing like 2 secs or so to finish it
