Thanks for all this also is there feature where the 911 call sends to a moderation alert the pop ups are annoying.

Guys, I have a question to ask. Newbie here just made my server yesterday. I am using localMS v83 source, in the repack\src\client\command\GMCommand there, I added some custom commands found in this forum but nothing seems to work. But i added !gmshop myself, it works. Other commands not working at all.
Even if I tried modifying a working command, it seems that there's no changes. The command is already modified but it works as if it's not modified at all. anything i need to do after modifying/adding commands? Just restart the server?
