Found these as well on my harddrive, they include the latest furniture including some custom furniture, i have no idea what custom furniture exactly.

I'm afraid not, the only versions that i have are v14 and v16.

I got bored so I decided to prehost them, they shouldn't go down (I pay for my server once every year and it's very cheap). I also removed the Diaxa names from the texts and hotel view as well.
