    [SIMPLE] Furnidata.txt language changer

    Hi all,

I've seen alot of hotel's with diffrent languages using "English" texts. Now here's the chance to change it all into your language.

What this does is very simple. If you copy the furniture.txt file from the habbo server.. Your furniture will die because of the ids.. Instead of using Habbo's one.. You can use your own one... By doing these steps.. The php script will "only" replace the Furni Name.. By searching trough Habbo's one!

    Do the following:
    1. Rip the right furniture.txt file for your language (Habbo.nl we use in this example).
    2. Make sure the file "furniture_after.txt" exists or the script has write rights.
    3. Run the script. You done! The script will only replace the texts that has been found in the Habbo Furniture file...

But remember! Habbo doesn't have our customs.. So this won't work for the customs.. But does for the basics.. Good luck!

    translatefurni.php

PS: Don't flame here. The code might be crap. I don't give a damn. I was bored.

    Credits?
    50% = Me (Mikey)
50% = Pps using english furniture file while they have Netherlands hotel.

    Apologizes?
No.. I know i can't write proper english. But im Netherlands <3.

    ~ Mikey

Here's a demo btw! For the dutch retros with BcStorm : http://images.habbiehotel.com/swfs/furnidata.txt

Eh, this is actually quite useful.

If you copy the furniture.txt file from the habbo server.. Your furniture will die because of the ids..
Im just gonna say, i always use Habbo.coms sprite id's. x] Apart from customs ofcourse.

Yeh but... If you release your work.. And a Netherlands hotel is going to use them.. And they copy it from Habbo Servers.. All furniture will be a mess.. So thats why this script is for.. To make furniture's text Netherlands or Spanish etc...

The script doesn't seem to be working properly. It only writes my furnidata file path in the furniture_after.txt file. It does seem to be doing something when I tested it and tried the "debug mode". It was clearly replacing the names but it didn't write them into the file.

E: Found your C# version. It's working perfectly thank you. :)

You need to make sure the file has write permissions.. Or it can't write.. thats the protection of php hehe. Or make sure the file owner has write permissions in that Directory..

When you do this in Windows it will probably kill your write attempt as its protected.

Why we using this because we can use official furnidata from .fi etc. Catalogfix.php fixes sprite ids..
