Skywave 3 | Most stable phoenix edit ever made

Helloooo! It's finally time release my emulator and I think many have seen some retros run with this fantastic emulator. I have moved to r63b (Skywave 4, still phoenix, stable ) long time ago and I want release my old emu now. Emulator have tested with 175 people, no any problems (Skywave 4 have tested with over 200 people without any problems, but its bit more stabler). I have made two SQLs, one is update NORMAL phoenix to skywave and another is update NEWEST GTE to skywave. I dont anymore dev this version so no new features coming. Hope guys like!

Features:
I havent writed changelog but mostly same features GTE contains, possible some missing and some features that dosent exit on GTE, Horse jumping, skateboarding, jukebox are fixed
