I'm not sure about Wine, but Mono doesn't support connections disposing stuff.

Re: Source Phoenix 3.11.0 [Organized / Fixed Source / Without Backdoors]
Is anyone else still having the issue with the connections being slow or completely inaccessible today with this emulator?

Re: Source Phoenix 3.11.0 [Organized / Fixed Source / Without Backdoors]

Quackster made an IP check a while ago to prevent Aaron from getting into the client, so he couldn't use the backdoors. http://otaku.cm/phx/override.php doesn't work anymore, returning a 404 and delaying some connections

It's a two year old build, not a three year old.
Phoenix Build Is:
Code:
RELEASE63-35255-34886-201108111108
And so that would mean the time of the Phoenix release is:
Code:
August 11, 2011 at 11:08
Today is August 17 so it is two years old sir.

Thanks for that fix Vrop93! Works amazingly now with that edit. +rep!
This needs to be put into Update 3, OP

Re: Source Phoenix 3.11.0 [Organized / Fixed Source / Without Backdoors]
also, why dont the :rave, :makesay, and :sitdown (etc) commands work? they're in the database... so why they no work?
i think ill stick to the pulse version of phoenix.. it doesn't crap out after 20 hours either :P

Re: Source Phoenix 3.11.0 [Organized / Fixed Source / Without Backdoors]
You are wrong because they seem to be working.
You may want to keep in mind that they work if you've added the query properly.

Is this fix for the emulator and to stop the random hotel disconnections?
Also, I found that Leon's release doesn't drop connections like the one by OP.

Sorry to burst your bubble but that won't fix random d/cs. :P:

Re: Source Phoenix 3.11.0 [Organized / Fixed Source / Without Backdoors]

I don't get any of those weird random connection drops (other than random user errors)? Got 10-30 online everyday for 8 days now, and I haven't got a single disconnection.

Seriously, what is the difference between 3.8.1 and 3.11?

Wired improvements,
Bugs fixed
New things added like multiheight and stuff.
It looks better to use 3.11 rather than 3.8.1
