This was not really ment to be released, but this is a really usefull tool which i hope will help alot of people.You can bascily create custom Enable Effects and animtations really easy with this tool.Some stuff might be buggy.

some false positives, im not sure why there are some 'hacky' methods to patch the SWF like HEX Editing, i can assure you its safe. If this is not safe you can ban me from ragezone. I've been part of this community for a long time.

I'd suggest using a repository! That way updates are pushed automatically if needed and others can learn a thing or two from the source and perhaps create their own tools.
