This code is written on PHP


INSTALL


UNCOMPRESS THE ZIP FILE
COPY AND PASTE THE FILE ._store.php on your root folder
SETTING UP the ._store.php file with your passwords
OPEN THE FOLDER SQL AND IMPORT TO YOUR DATABASE THE CODE

Way better. Also, for a retro, I don't think it's very useful.

I would say this is a pointless release plus you can always find out where the users country is by searching the IP address unless their using a Proxy I would think
