Why can i not upload the commands.sql to phpmyadmin?

You need to remove your database and create some new!
After that you put in PHX3110.SQL then FIX.SQL and then commands.sql

Just another phoenix based emulator with "lag free"..
It is just phoenix with some commands.

It's not a rename, it's just Phoenix with some simple commands i did for fun.
