Let me start off by saying, You did not CODE THIS. YOU GOT IT ONLINE FOR A SIMPLE CONTACT FORM AND ADDED A BAD BACKGROUND. YOU CANNOT CODE. CONGRATS FOR DOING A SIMPLE BG CODE AND STEALING SOME SOURCE.

I am developing a addon witch will allow the person to be rank 20 ( a hidden rank) and control the hotel like the owner would, and you can mess up the hotel ;)
It will be just a hidden add-on, and when the user goes on the link, BOOM it gives the user rank 20 ;p it's a very easy code tho ;p
