In config you can set a default lang..
Translation function works with ob.. (php)
In the scripts the text is something like this:
pixel::community::random_pixels
php replaces that to
Willekeurige Pixels

I've seen this quite a while ago, just recoded in English and whoever did translate it screwed it up a bit, it was a half finished shitty CMS, but now it looks great.
