[UberEmu]Cant buy VIP

Hey guys. maybe one of yous can help...

We can't buy VIP on our uberemu...

it comes up with
"Something went wrong! The item type could not be processed. Please do not try to buy this item anymore, instead inform support as soon as possible."

any ideas?
