This isn't a re-release, download it and you'll see its different.

But eh, someone asked on msn for a v14 - v18 pack, and i gaved them my pack so i thought: why not releasing it on ragezone

Because it's not needed. If it exists somewhere else (that's easy to find, Haboon Database List) then it's not needed.
