and what commands are there for player and admin?

um... i cant seem to set anyone to an admin ant find the <rights>0</rights> any ideas?

I have a dumb ass question about this, How the F*** do I make my self admin so i can spawn items instead of editing my saved data and edit wats in my bank/invetory.....Help please:blushing::?:

How do you change the server IP for the server? I figured out the client ok.

I found it ok, Try FolderName/Data/SavedGames/

in there are the xml files for your players, Open and edit with Notepad++(very important) and its at the very bottom.

Madboy, Just run the server and then the client, It works fine.

errr... i tried just running the server then the client...its not that simple :P dont we have to right click then edit it to match are jdk folder version? i have tried it both ways and still no luck for me. i am going to keep proobing around though maybe i can get it to work ;)

the error i am running into is when i start the client it never loads fully. i get a "error_game_js5connect" message on the client cmd.exe any 1 got a clue what would cause this? does that mean the server is not up or not up in the right directory?
the server cmd.exe says "A subdirectory or file bin already exists. the system cannot find the file specified." then it goes about compiling the core and running the server as i think it normaly should...

Im recently back to RS Private servers, and i forgot how real it gets! ,But theres one problem :(, when i open the console ( ` ) How do i see the command list/where can i view the command list...cause last time i had a 562 ( 2010 ) this wasnt possible, is this possible now..?

and if not what are the commands :) Please let me know, thanks

-.- instead of "virus scanning" the files, try opening the .bat file with notepad and check for any suspicious codes. found any? no? then it's clean, alltho the class files could have some kinda keylogging thingy, so try shutting down your modem, run the bat file in debug mode, and check.
