Well, I'd like to definitely give you +2 thumbs for this. It's a good work. There is one small problem I have ran into. And please, this isn't me trolling or wanting to be flamed.
I had it working, go figure? I was on playing everything was fun. I copied the client folder making a new one and edited the server IP adress so a friend could join. After sending him the files, he couldn't connect. I was still logged in at the time so I didn't know what was happening. I then tryed to connect with the edited client.java and I couldn't reach the patch server. The server said it was getting a connection but it never sent anything about patching. It was locked there. I then went back to my localhost one, I logged in once. Then restarted the local host one again, and was locked out on that one at the update as well.
I have searched, and can't find a solution. I'm not sure if this is the place to post this for help, but I thought it might be sense it deals with this servers source/client
Windows Vista home premium. 64 bit.
Edit: Oh, and I loaded the Geminus RSC server client/server files, and I could connect on that. So I'm not sure. And as well could he.
Joe don't tell them the anti-leech and don't release a version without anti-leech.
Keeping the anti-leech in will challenge them, and that's what 99% of this community needs. A good challenge. All they do is follow tutorials and leech sources. 1% of RZs RSPS community can code.
Keep it in, make them suffer.
You only need to know what a basic server needs to run, and where that piece of code/information is placed.

My friend asked me to setup a RS server, this seems like the best choice :p
I figured out the antileech. Quite easy once you figure it out.
One: You guys need to start using better mirrors. ;)
Two: Downloaded, i'll prolly have the "anti leech" done shortly. Guessing uKeys if it has something to do with the client? :o
