Mark you start it by opening 'run' or 'runserver'.
Anway back to the server release, there arnt many pictures so I cant get an idea of what the server is really like, can you please upload some more. I will also add that it is not about a server having 'lots of commands' as you put it, it is about the quality and stabability of the source. If you have a stable source that is hard to get round the limits, that is better than having a unstable source with lots of commands.
