[Release] Runescape website & forum.

I love the repack, but I am a much bigger fan of the newer runescape website, so I was wondering, if you knew how to make a CMS?

I am very amatur and new to PHP, but tearing something down isn't very hard, just time consuming. My php code is always sloppy and I know very little. Either way, I am planning on tearing down the runescape site. I was just going to use the coding from your package, and put it in the right spots. Also I was going to try making a forums built into the site. But having somebody else to work with, might be a little bit faster, easier, and better not to mention possible. So maybe we can work together? I added you on hotmail, maybe we can talk about it?

Just a note. If anyone intends on using the website portion of this, you should download and install WAMP5 Version 2. Turn error reporting off and short tags on. If anyone needs help doing that ask and I will post a small walkthrough.
